A "wife beater" is slang for the kind of t-shirt that this guy wore enough to have left a tan line - not that he is really a wife beater. I don't know maybe he is, I just drew him, didn't ask him if he really did beat his wife or even knew how creepy he looked. It just struck me as funny that he was shirtless but looked like he still had his shirt on.
