I've been off the internet lately. The holidays are coming, lots of kid/school/work stuff taking my energy. I hope to re-fill my well after the holiday break.

I've been tagged by my good bud Jenn Morris. I hate these things because it really underscores how boring my life is. But here it is:

4 jobs I have had: This makes me sound less than industrious because I haven't had very many jobs.

I worked for the college I went to, Columbus College of Art and Design as a carpenter for three years. This was a very satisfying job for me. I learned a lot about building, the satisfaction of working with my hands, plus a fellow gimp taught me to juggle when things were slow in the shop.

Bussing tables at a German restaurant called Deibels in Columbus, Ohio (just one night!). I met my husband there - he waited tables. We went to the same small art college but never crossed paths til then.

My first post college job was as a storyboard artist for Atlanta Wristworks, in Atlanta, you know.

After three years at Wristworks I quit and went freelance and I'm still doing that job a few decades later.

There's Something About Mary (actually peed my pants the first time I saw it)

On the shores of Lake Erie -Avon Lake, Ohio - where I grew up.

Not so much on the tv for me. I don't even know how to turn the thing on let alone find something on it so I am at the mercy of my fellow viewers.

I am boring. I stay home a lot.
