A book quiz from Blue Pyramid, courtesy of Christy Evers gave me this result on my book/personality test.I don't know what to think. I guess this is right. Yeah, maybe...
You're Siddhartha! by Hermann Hesse
You simply don't know what to believe, but you're willing to try anything once. Western values, Eastern values, hedonism and minimalism, you've spent some time in every camp. But you still don't have any idea what camp you belong in.This makes you an individualist of the highest order, but also really lonely. It's time to chill out under a tree. And realize that at least you believe in ferries (my note: I do most frevently believe in ferries - it's faeries I have a difficult time with)

Ferries. :~)
I forgot I'd done this before. And I got the same result this time ~ I'm the Great Gatsby.
OK, if they say so.
I'm Animal Farm... at least I was animal Farm. Then I took the test again and it asked me different questions. I was To Kill A Mocking Bird. Not satisfied with that result, I took the quiz four more times, got four more sets of questions and became four more books. Now I think I'm a Barnes & Noble.
I'm ~the Mists of Avalon~, by Marion Zimmer Bradley. The quiz was interesting, and I have no idea how the book related to the answers I gave, but I did always want to meet Jackie Kennedy. Thanks for the interesting link, Karen.
Oh my, Karen! I too took the book quiz (which I now think is absolute bunk) because like Ian I took it 5 times before I ended up with anything that seemed remotely like me! I started with Lolita (which I find horrific - and I hope no-one will judge me by it!) Then onto "100 years of Solitude." At which time I decided it was better to select "concise" than "long winded" and so I got Cat's cradle. Then on to Dune, and lastly "A theory of Justice" -- (something the main character of Lolita apparently totally lacked!) God help me! I'll stick with try # 5. Fie on the book quiz! LOL

Ferries are funny! Maybe there should be a book called Bargebringer, the Ferries of Streamdark.
Ian - Animal farm is perfect for you! Four legs good, two legs bad!
Janelle - Same for me. If I responded that I was windy in the very first question I ended up with the Poisonwood Bible (a book that I had a lot of difficulty reading because the father was horrifying to me) and that I was deeply religious. While I'm not as fickle as Siddhartha has me down for, being deeply religious is not something I have yet been.
